Thank you for visiting my site. I have been skating for over 30 years and I know how important it is to build a skate the correct way. I assemble all the custom skates myself, insuring you that every skate will be mounted carefully and correctly. I have skated on almost every wheel I sell and can give you accurate answers about the performance. We are a stocking store and offer custom fittings at our location in Winder, GA. Shipping Information:

I will do my best to make sure your order is shipped the same day if placed before 12 noon eastern standard time.

overnight and 2 day select shipping must be made by 2 pm eastern standard time to guarantee same day shipping.

In some cases, certain items may not be in stock and will have to be drop shipped. 1 additional day may be required.

I do my best to make sure your item is shipped within one business day. If not i will be sure to e-mail you with the details.

We e-mail with information pertaining to any problems with orders (backorders, credit cards, etc), so please check your emails regularly.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Exchange Policy Most skates may be returned for a different size or upgraded to a different skate unless otherwise noted in the description. The skates must be unworn and in brand-new, excellent condition in their original box. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges regardless of whether the skates were sent originally with Free Shipping. There is no re-stocking fee for pre-built package skates exchanged for the same model, but a different size. (You only choose size and possibly boot color on Pre-Built packages.) No returns on Custom Mounted skates that you choose the components. Please email us for the address to send the skates, a Return Authorization Number and a packing slip. Exchange procedures must be started within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your order. (Exception - Christmas Gifts must be exchanged by January 5.) There is a $20 fee to replace damaged skate boxes. Please package carefully. Either place the skate box into another box, or wrap in shipping paper. Do not affix shipping labels nor shipping tape to skate box. Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Returns Policy:

There is a $15.00 restocking fee for most pre-built package skates returned for a refund. (You only choose size and possibly boot color on Pre-Built packages.) There is a $25.00 restocking fee for all Riedell and RW package skates returned for a refund.

Shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether the skates were sent originally with Free Shipping. Return procedures must be begun within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be received by us within 15 days of receipt. Items that may not be returned: Custom order boots and skates. Color upgrade boots and skates. Riedell Redline Boots. Size or width upgrade boots and skates. Special order items. Clearance items. Discontinued Items. Non-Stocked Items. Any package that was shrink wrapped or blister packed cannot be returned if opened unless defective in which a replacement will be sent as soon as defective item is recieved. Quad Skates selling for over $300.00. Skates for which you have selected the components separately, added to the shopping cart and had mounted. Items that clearly state in the description that they may not be returned nor exchanged. All Other Items: All items must be in excellent, like new condition to returned for an exchange or refund. The orginal shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Please email the tracking number to us to avoid delay in processing your return or exchange.

Once custom, premium or special order boots have been cut they cannot be cancelled. After 24 hours of placing your order, no changes may be made to the boots.
